Virtual Appointments 101

Introducing Ellynne Bridal Virtual Appointments. You can now say yes anywhere!

We are beyond thrilled to announce that we are offering Virtual Appointments. We understand that this is a time of uncertainty and many brides may be stuck in a rut of the unknown. However, love, happiness, and your wedding will not be cancelled! You will still get to marry the man of your dream. You will still get to have that special moment of walking down the aisle and feeling like an absolute princess. There are better days ahead and we’re here for you every step of the way!

Our stylists have worked countless hours to come up with a creative solution to still bring our brides the ultimate bridal experience. With a virtual appointent you will get to see your selected favorite gowns on a live model. After our consultant assists you in finding your few favorites, you will then get to take these gowns home and have an incredible at home experience. Your consultant will call you via Zoom to assist you further. After saying yes to you dream wedding gown, we will virtually celebrate with you and offer a special celebration appointment for when we open our store.

What to expect when you book a Virtual Appointment

Once you have set up an appointment with us, you will gain access to our Client Portal to look through our inventory and personally manage your wedding party and information. We will then be in touch with you to set up a one on one Zoom consultation appointment. During this time we do charge a nonrefundable service fee.

  • Bridal Appointments: $150
  • Bridesmaids and Mother of the Bride Appointments: $100
  • Accessories Appointments: $50

During your appointment

We will have a live model and a consultant to help assist with any questions. You will get to see all of your favorite gowns that you picked out from our gallery that are in your personalized client portal. This appointment is even more unique and special because you can invite your whole gang and enjoy this experience from the convenience of your own home.

Once we have shown you your favorite gowns, you will get to pick 3-5 to try on at home! We will then carefully package them up and include a few accessories and a fun little surprise for you. If you live in Lincoln you can either come to our store to pick up curbside or we will deliver them to your doorstep. Each gown that is chosen to be included in the at home try on experience will include a refundable damage deposit of $300. This amount can also be applied towards the purchase of your gown.

Once you receive the gowns, you will be invited to another Zoom call with your personal consultant. During this time she will further assist you and answer any questions that you may have. This call is what makes the virtual appointment even more special because you still have us right there with you.

Once you’ve said yes to your dream gown..

It’s time to pop the champagne! We will do a little virtual dance party with you on the other side! We want to make this appointment as special as we can for you. After you say yes, we will direct you to our ‘how to measure’ video and be there to assist you as well. The next step is celebrating with an ‘I Said Yes’ picture! After you are finished, you will rebox all of the items and return to our store. You can leave the rest of the work to us as we will then get your gown ordered for you!
